This research aims to determine the factors that encourage student intention become an entrepreneur. The population of this is students in Indonesia. sample was undergraduate (S1). Sampling using convenience sampling. Collecting data a survey method which carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires (google form) respondents. 126 people. Data analysis techniques Partial Least Square with help WarpPLS tool. found experience entrepreneurship affects empathy, capital obligations, social support and efficacy (entrepreneurial ability). Meanwhile, entrepreneur influenced religiosity, self-efficacy, support. However, moral obligation empathy have no effect on
